N&E Devon e-mail connecton is broken again, the last time was the last
week of July, so this is one week on, one week off at the moment, for a
serviceability of NHS Net of 50% and it may be just my impression,
falling.
Is this enemy action, internal sabotage, or can we excuse it as being
merely incompetence in the selection, implementation and operation of
the NHS Net at least so far as it impinges upon the real world.
We cannot assume that if the public face of it is failing, that the
internal NHS Org ot NHS org parts are functional, since it is quite
clear that those responsible for it will not broadcast interruptions to
service which they know about. I also suspect that the public
assurances that the internal parts of the NHS Net are working well are
unrelated to reality, and that there is both pressure applied to those
responsible for its running to keep them from admitting problems, and
even worse, that the people working in it are of a type who need little
pressure to prevent them from disclosing such failings.
THere is a conspiracy, Scully.
Interstellar space travellers would definitely be advanced far beyond
the NHS Net level of technology, so I think we can conclude that humans
are in chage in the DoH/NHSE/IMG/NHS Net.
