Even now , HMG plans to offload the problem temporarily onto hospital
consultants and refuses to admit honestly to patients that a rationing problem
exists. Meanwhile urology waiting lists will rise and other urology services
will be affected. Perhaps we should hold an erection referendum! ;-)
