Does this presuppose that "special medical browsers" *can* be restricted
to health care people with a legitimate need to access medical
information?
Very serious question:-
*Is* it *technically* possible to develop browsers which can limit
access to one professional and/or occupational group?..
I have doubts as to whether it is possible to ensure that such browsers
are not aquired by other - er - *interested* parties...
