point..;->
*If* these private A&Es are, in fact, being planned by private insurance
companies, what would they offer to *serious* cases? and would they have
the facilities to deal with serious emergencies?
*Do* private A&E departments have to conform to *any* standards? If so,
who sets the standards? who enforces them and at whose expense?
How would "truth in advertising" rules apply?
