Also - a great story - consultant neurosurgeon wrote in notes _XR-SFA_ -
meaning it was normal of course - but in more colourful language. Pt
later died and in the coroners court he was asked what he had meant by
_SFA_ (with everyone expecting a red face) - not a bit of it - _Skull
Fracture Absent Sir_ he merrily chirped.
I must emphasise that this story is in no way connected to any member of
the Labour party - sorry, New Labour.
