Oh, the 'oughts' and 'shoulds' and 'dreams' of this world of ours!
I also doubt very much if we are ever going to achieve that kind of
investment (1.2 billion!).
We are struggling to get 50-100 million for crying out loud :-)
Do you really believe the HMG spinners can all of a sudden conjur up
1.2 billion out of no where?
If you don't, then I strongly suggest we turn our attention to some
hard and serious *process* stuff.
