You are doing a good job at pointing out the dangers. Now come up with a
watertight solution to confidentiality - even if the expense of loading the
data nationwide were warranted. Where there is allowance for override
there is danger of leakage.
No, I am not at all prohibiting the construction of hospitals I am being
very careful what the builders put into them, so that there is sufficient
cash and that more patients can be treated. I am also recommending that
there will be doctors there and trying to ensure that by paying them
better. Maybe you believe that we are paid enough and that doctors are not
leaving the NHS early - or new ones not joining it. Convince me of that.
Convince me and your colleagues why, as there is always a stark choice in
the NHS, you IT enthusiasts should have first call.
Incidentally, I have noticed that there is a lead person (or a lone voice
enthusiast) in this thread. Interesting.
