Don't get me wrong! I am not against democratic processes.
All I am saying is that successful amd prosperous organisations do not
run on democracy.
They do, however, do look after their people very well. A matter
close to Midge's heart.
So, start with a hotchpotch of different democratic systems, you end
up in wishy washy muddle and fudge :-)
