Perhaps a "G-suit" would do the trick....
an inflatable garment for the legs to abdomen.
It would upset the playing if it was pressurised by a bleed off valve
from the mouthpiece, so it would need a servo controlled valve, sensing
the pressure in the mouthpiece and immediately applying a suitable
compensating pressure to a sufficient amount of the neoprene lower
garment.
For really fast and loud music it might be necessary to have a
programmed anticipation, with the system tensing its bladders in
anticipation of the hardest notes - in the same way that modern race
cars are said to read the track and set themselves up for the next
corner.
In fact, once the machine has learned to read the music ahead, and blow
at the right time and sufficientl hard, the performer could simply plug
her instrument into it and let it play the music while she relaxes to
the massage of the rythmically inflated bladders.
Alternatively, perhaps immersion in a warm bath while playing would
have a sufficient supporting effect.
