You are right the issues are potentially confusable and are certainly too complex for
a chain e-mail. If there is sufficient interest in not only addressing each of your
points but also of developing existing organisations such as gp-uk and our mdintranet
in order to unite those with the necessary GP skill mix with appropriate business
support then it would be worth a lot of effort. Above all it could be creative fun
instead of traditional medical moansville.
