Living next to 1200 acres of derelict coal mines/tips, and a
conesquent male unemployment rate of cosmic proportions, I am acutely
aware of the consequences of this ruling.
I will pay special attention to any enquires relating to this by
carefully noting if the patient has *ever* had any significant
respiratory symptoms at all requiring regular medical intervention:-)
I look forward to receiving multiple requests from solicitors for
copies of medical records which should vastly improve our cash-flow!

Living next to 1200 acres of derelict coal mines/tips, and a
conesquent male long term disabling ill health rate of
cosmic proportions, I am acutely aware of the consequences of this
ruling.
I shall give my wholehearted support to all those miners whose lives
and health have been wrecked by the coal industry and until now been
unable to seek any recompense.
