Agreed re _most_ but no means all - and Outlook ships with other stuff
so I less tends to attract those who are not too familiar with playing
about with software (yes, I know - others too - some v v IT tweaked :-)

I cannot think of one reason to change :-)
Demonstrated TP to 4 people - all 4 changed :-)
Installed it for quite a few other - no problems reported :-)
(more than 15 minutes evaluation me thinks ;-)
