Can I ask if that was putting in 01 or actually 2001? I don't think you are
asking too much, although a habit of using 2 digits is not necessarily a
good habit, given a 'business' rule that the date you are entering is in the
future is one of those cases where internally there shouldn't be a problem
handling the issue so long as the internal date representations are not 2
digit years with a window of (19)00-(19)99 in which case the program will
struggle to make 01 in the future of 98 unless the 'window' rule is changed.
Could you also say which version of EMIS you are using.
