Hide behind the ACBS regs. They are only allowable for proven gluten
sensitivity. If Ppatients object then refer to gastroenterologist for
duodenal biopsy and repeated blood tests. Gluten sensitivity is much more
common that we think but it requires proper diagnosis. Anti-gliaden
antibodies are the blood test, but not the gold standard.
