Some system files won't copy (in use by Windows is an example)
Most of these will be on the 'startup' disk that you would have created
from control panel and copied to both drives anyway :-)

Yes.
Also, have a copy of the Windows installation files (the complete
cabs) on both drives. Saves inserting the CD in evertime windows needs
a file and it is faster.
