If you look at http://www.fhs.org.uk/ go to the bottom of the page and
click 2000 then go to near the bottom of the page and click 'GP Systems:
Year 2000 Compliance' then click on EMIS 4.4 you will see their compliance
'statement'.
The remarks on hardware and operating systems are unsatisfactory, in fact
don't bother clicking on the Microsoft statement it leads nowhere beyond
404-land.
