Well said. There are umpteen implementers out there (there will be a
lot more still in just on two years, when the millenium bug has run
its course). Let them do the implementing, and you figure out what
to implement. If you can avoid being TOO confrontational with the
Admin folk (I know it is not easy, but it can be done) that would
help.

Again, agreed. There is a lot to be said for doing a little bit (the
bit you know you will use) and then coming back and doing some more.
Modern software implementation systems are specifically designed to
allow you to do this. More power to your elbow.
