I had,m similar in a neurology clinic - after usual 6 mo9nth wait a guy
comes in with headaches - but they are better now, he says, since my
wife became pregnant - I think it was the stress. On reviewing the
notes - letter form urologist to GP saying that he was delighted to hear
that pts wife was pregnant particularly in view of the pts complete
azospermia - his closing words were memorable and will stay with me - _I
wish the best to both of them_
Pt was completely unaware of the incompatibility of the two situations
