You are not alone!
The potential for locality commissioning is great and does depend upon
making new relationships quickly. I point you in the direction of the
NACGP, currently changing its name to involve all those in primary care.
I have posted a question in gp-uk asking for help in the same area.
There are a number of software providers in the arena. We should carry
on thinking our own medical/managerial thaughts and let the programmers
do their jobs with our appropriate input. We as medical practitioners
have our evolving agendas and need to put them against the admin's
agenda in order to achieve constructive plans. There is the inevitable
cycle here; without an intent there will be no developement and, with no
developement there will be little intent. Perhaps we should proceed with
the "little".
