I'll do it instead :-) Most of it could be learnt from one of my
'Grammars' :-)
I've copied your message in its entirity as an example.
You will notice that the header, the quoted text and your reply then a
another bit of quoted text and the signature are all in one paragraph
without any breaks to make reading easier and clearer.
You will also notice that you often quote the entire message in order
to comment on one little part of it, again, without breaks. I find
it hard to tell your comments from the rest of the message :-)
So, may I humbly suggest 2 things:
1. Separate your messages into paragraphs
2. Be a bit more selective in quoting
