i doubt this would ever be forthcoming.

you miss my point.. we allow the county "clearing house" to have
aggregated annonymised data to help with what "used to be called
purchasing" - all traceable data stays in the practice. I am certain
that data such as HIV status will NEVER get on my computer - it is not
secure enough!!
