A little boy and his father are lucky enough to get tickets for the World
Cup Final. Unfortunately, the little boy has a seat behind a fat bloke and
can't see a thing. Looking around, he notices an unoccupied seat in the best
seats of the stadium. Watching, no-one has taken the seat by kick-off. With
his dad's permission, he approaches the seat and asks the man in the next
seat if it is taken. "Help yourself, son" he replies. The little boy takes
the seat.
At half-time, the two get talking. "Hey, mister how come this brilliant seat
isn't taken?", the little boy enquires. "Well son, it was my wife's but
unfortunately she died".
"Oh, I'm so sorry, but have you no friends or relatives who could have had
the seat?" asks the little boy.
"Oh I've plenty but unfortunately they couldn't come. They've all gone to
the funeral".
