Then you haven't been listening Emile :-)
PCGs are incompatible with independent contractor status.
The only way they would work is if they had proper management and
organisational structures.
The PCG, the Corporation. With Executive Board Directors and Chairman
both accountable to the shareholders at the AGM :-)
You ask "what happens if I don't want to be governed by you?". In my
scenario, you wouldn't be hired in the first place ;-) If you are
already hired (in your case, head hunted :-), I would make certain
that you *believe* in the corporation and its mission. If I inherit
you, well, you will just have to decide whether you believe in the
Corporation and its mission and take a view ;-)
