Who is to say that this isn't exactly what Frank Burns has in mind?
At the IHSM conference the prime minister made it clear that IM&T is
a top priority. Alan Langlands also stated that IM&T would be his top
priority over the next year.
There is no doubt that the government realise the importance of IM&T
in delivering their agenda but, I repeat, this isn't going to happen
over a timescale of weeks.
