I had not heard it said, or even seen it written, but you are indeed
correct, there is no truth in it.
My wife fired her last GP for being difficult to book an appointment
with.
I am aware that many on this list feel that they must or should put
obstacles in the way of their patients - I have no sympathy with that
approach, however I do have sympathy with the approach of telling
patients what you think - "you should not have come to see me about
this, if we can't come to an agreement on this you will have to go to
another practice".
No balls is the trouble, not lack of time.
