No, I am actually interested in the process itself, the nitty gritty.
How were the 7 lead GPs elected?
What do you exactly mean by "the combined opinion of 40+ nurses who
attended"?
What about the ones who did not attend?
How do you propose to elect other constituents, for example, public
and HA reps?
What is the actual management and decision making processes if and when
you 'elect' all those reps?
What is the ongoing democratic checks and balances you propose to put
in place?
How are you going to measure it?
How do you propose to democratically canvass the views of those who are
not active, the electorate, if you like?
How are you going to get rid of dysfunctional board members?
How are you going to ensure the quality of board members?
I do believe that these are crucial questions that need answers now. I
have other questions, but that'll do for now ;-)
