Wrong purchase: shouldn't have gone for a Gateway in my opinion. Past
experience: Ordered a Gateway computer sometime last year: dreadful
service: almost a month late in delivery. The machine burnt up when
switched on for the first time ! Then had problems with the replacement
machine (lower spec), while awaiting what I had ordered. I canceled the
order. They couldn't even collect the machine on the agreed date, never
mind the time. Eventually got the money back, but three months late. Having
said that, some press reviews have been excellent.
