Surely Practice nurses differ from the other groups in that they are
employed by GPs (Apologies if your situation as an NP is different).
Do you not trust your GPs to fight your corner in the PCGs? We have a
vested interest in your happiness, security etc as well.
Should my dispenser and other practice staff also expect a place on the
board to safeguard their future?
Locally, there is much cage rattling by the militants which the (silent)
majority of PNs are finding very unsettling.
I share you concern that we may have to deal with Nurse Managers ;-(((
