Having been off work for a while, I find my partners have been registering the
patients in a private nursing home that has recently opened in our area.
My locum was visiting once a week to see any patient the staff were concerned
about, but there were lots of visit requests at other times for non urgent
problems that could have waited.
Now I have the job of looking after the nursing home and I wonder how to
streamline things and make them run more smoothly. I'm also considering
writing a letter to the matron with some guidelines.
