Does anyone actually *do* these in full? I always do 15 mins worth and
then scrawl across the form: "Time's Up" but feel just ever so slightly
guilty about cashing the cheque. I don't know why I feel guilty as £80
per hour is still cheap.

I hate these with a passion. As soon as I see what it is, I bin it, cheque and
all. I just can't be ars*d and I don't believe that my guesstimates of numbers
of patients on this drug and that are accurate in the least.
