Happy Strategy.
1.Start sending in all the Chicken Pox in Huddersfield, you'll soon have
a two-way conversation with the Hospital Docs.
2.Offer to have the Doc spend a day with you "advising" on case
management.
3.Watch the world cup/anything with a few beers to hand.
(option 3 usually works best, 1. gives mild satisfaction)
best to put it all down to experience and as one of my old trainers
said: "unless you put your foot in it now and again, you are missing the
serious crap, which is serious"
