I suppose a lot depends on what you mean by moderation, but leaving aside
the
'mixed with tobacco' issue, probably the short answer is no - there is no
hard
evidence of long term damage from moderate use. The WHO have just published
their latest international review of cannabis - the first one since the
early
1980s. This tends to be the 'holy grail' on which ISDD would base its
literature and pass comment on the drug. A copy is en route to ISDD and the
