Err ... actually Joe Ashtons amendment would have made sex between any
person of either gender who was in a position of authority illegal with one
of their charges under 18.(of either gender) At the moment, teachers can
legally have sex with girls of 16 in their class. They may loose their job
but no offence is being comitted.
