In tune with Andrew Herd's cut the crap posting this morning, the real
question is how much shoul GPs be paid. How much do you want? Or do
you want to carry on fighting over the pool and being held responsible
for any work not funded that your pay could have paid somebody else to
do.
Can PCGs pay GPs equally/equitab;y?
Should they? I think so.
Is there a mechanism other than a partnership of all GPs in the PCG
that allows this?
