Thanks, Chris, it was helpful. The mechanism is possible.
The one important thing that list members ought to remember that this
virus is activated by running a programme attached to the e-mail
message.
That means you have to run an *executable* attached to the message.
I am very very suspecious of any executables sent attached to e-mail.
The only circumstances I would ever allow receiving an exectuables are
from someone I know and by prior arrangement.
Luckily, I have never received an unsolicited or from an unknown
source executables.
Common sense need apply :-)
