I guess the real problem is that there are too many of these groups to
recall at any given moment - I only ever have a vague memory that they
exist. I don't think there is any evidence that they are kept secret!
It would be helpful if the DoH kept a list of them on a web page somewhere,
but to be frank, in my view all these things are secondary to the importance
of getting electronic medical record transfers up and running.
Now it would be interesting to find out why that hasn't happened yet.
