I may have missed it but does anyone know of the risk-analysis involved
in these deaths? Was it all bad surgery, were the pre-surgical
probabilities biased or were utilities ignored?
If manslaughter is being considered is it outcome based or process
based? If the former then Pandora's box is indeed ready to disgorge a
very destructive chain of events.
