'NetScope' is a study commissioned by the R&D Division of the UK
Department of Health and addresses issues of current and future use of
the Internet in medicine and health care delivery.
The study aims to:
1. Provide the background for a research programme in the use of the
Internet in medicine and health care delivery
2. Identify and formulate the research questions that need addressing
by NHS R&D
3. Identify the research groups and individuals who would be capable of
carrying out that research programme
'NetScope' seeks to frame research questions under 4 main headings.
Within each, there is a number of questions.
I have posted a questionnaire on the Web and I should be very grateful
if you were able to fill it in.
I am grateful for all those who sent me their availability information
for a face to face interview. I shall be contacting them individually
as soon as I finalise the logistics..
My objective is to gather wide ranging views, particularly those of
clinicians. Please feel free to express yourself in any way you like.
The perspective required is that of the UK health care community and
related professions. Some of the questions are quite technical.
Please leave these questions if you are unable to address them as the
study will seek technical information from appropriate sources.
The questions require thought, therefore, may I suggest that you load
the page, go off line, complete it at leisure then go back on line to
hit the send button.

I value your contribution and collaboration immensely :-)
