Actually it presents an opportunity if pharmacy has the ability to take it.
Given patient registration with pharmacies, and an obligation to record
properly what was supplied, to whom, at what date and for what reason, the
ability to charge accordingly could make it viable. (And might even make the
availability of PC4 sensible.)

300 scripts in a 10 hour day, no lunch breaks, and an obligation to check
each and every one. 5 minutes is too long.
Community pharmacy is IMO paid to do the wrong job, and then does what its
paid for.
