Basically a good idea and I would be interested although I would only use
such a resource as a starting point if we are to recognise significant
differences in learning/teaching styles for registrars/trainers.
Incidentally, Bradley Cheek has some very good training stuff on his
practice website http://www.wcsquare.demon.co.uk that I regularly raid
(for tutorial material, assessment instuments and general thought provoking
stuff) because I have only just started training. I meant to suggest that
when he called for URLS for other practice websites it would have been
useful to know which ones also include training material. I think Bradley
Cheeks stuff is also enhanced by input from his trainers group and if
possible perhaps we should promote material assimilated by trainer groups on
websites nationally - one day! In the meantime your proposal looks good.
Interesting that you put it on GP-UK rather than the nearly moribund VTS
equivalent.
