I agree but my partners don't - so we don't do it.
Reason - personal list system.
So we do lots of unnecessary work - confirming minor illness etc.
Funnily rnough though my partners don't seem to have a problem with diluting
the principle
of the personal list system when it comes to holidays, trainees (sorry
Registrars), half days,
clinicial assistant sessions etc etc etc.
Actually I'm in favour of personal lists too, but I'm against logical
inconsistency, especially when it makes extra work!
