It's an FP10, the drug comes from the manufacturer (rather than the
wholesaler) to the chemist. BUT they won't supply the chemist until they
(the manufacturer) know the name and address of the patient (and the name
and address of the prescriber)

But usually the manufacturer of the drug doesn't know who it's for or who's
prescribed it. On a "named patient basis" they do.
