Ultimately its the patient.

Even if you sign that you take complete responsibility, that doesn't hold up
either in court on with the RPSGB statutory committee. Absolution from
responsibility isn't available to the pharmacist.

Hopefully you are now aware that you can't absolve a pharmacist from their
responsibilities.

Probably.
Any debate here would be of limited value as we cannot draw universal

Actually I can be convinced that phenergan is appropriate in certain cases,
but not at the frequency with which some doctors prescribe it.
