- Make sure you have compatible BIOS. Most people would advocate
replacing the whole motherboard rather than just the processor.
- You'll also need to make sure that the jumpers on the old motherf*****r
will work with the new chip. Another reason for replacing the board.
Price difference isn't that great, you might even get one with USB
port.
- You shouldn't need to re-install win95
