I thought that the attachments passed through the gateway but had their
suffix changed to .dta, thus making them unrecognisable to Windows etc. If
you know that it is say a .doc and rename it, does it beciome readable? If
this is thee case then the message just has to state the original file name
to allow you to rename.
Or is it more complex than this?
