We have a standard letter for patients who want a fitness to fly letter.
We also charge £7.50 (altho' I also question charging a medical
colleague).
To whom it may concern,
This is to confirm that *** has the following conditions:
He/she does not have a serious medical condition which precludes him/her
from flying.
It's impossible to write a disclaimer as you can never cover every
eventuality. Also, a simple letter that states factually correct
information at the time should be sufficient.
She also asked for Clexane (Heparin) to use prophylactically.
Have you tried speaking to a local obstetricain.
