A list server is easy to set up using VPOP3 ( www.pscs.co.uk ) Best 30 quid
I ever spent ! No need for 'a techie' just an ISP that allows you more than
1 e-mail address per domain and POP3 access (Demon , Easinet BT , Virgin
etc) then you set up UKjournal-club@<your domain>.
The alternative is that the PHCSG could facilitate a list server either at
mailbase or maybe at the Sowerby Centre...

This sounds like a good idea for UK doctors to set up, using our own top
qualilty journals, as well as the US ones. Who could volunteer to offer
the techie know-how to set this up? Or does it already exist?
