Hi all,
I would like to encourage nurses to get involved in IT development. To that
end we are trying to assess whether we might have enough interest to do a
"Nurse" spot at
Infofest. Could you ask your Primary Care Nursing Teams or any other nurse
contacts if they might be interested in getting together at this conference
for networking and helping shape the future.
It is intended not to be a formal academic conference, and have talks,
demonstrations and workshops rather than the "presentation of papers" It
will be held 5 - 6 June 1998 Cheltenham racecourse.
Further information is available from;
http://www.bhia.org/public/news/news/temp_ifestflyer.htm
It is organised by BHIA, the Enabling People Programme, ASSIST and BJHC
Ltd
Myself and some other nurses who are members of the British HealthCare
Internet Association have been asked to do something specifically aimed
at nurses. Do you think there will be interest in this among nurses &
what would you like to see?
Please let me know your thoughts.
