You already do have rampant two-tierism in the UK, don't you? Isn't it
true that you may have to wait months to get a procedure done on the
NHS, but you could have it done next week in a BUPA facility ! In the
People's Commonwealth of Canada, it's an offense to sell or purchase
private insurance for "medically necessary" services, there are no
private hospitals and next to no private health health care, and we are
all free to wait equally for increasingly scarce resources.
