I reviewed it about a year ago for some mag or other. It is quite good, as
long as you don't cange room, mike, or get a cold. It won't tolerate ambient
noise. The medical vocabulary is just too small, and I can touch-type
faster.
I've got it on the system, but don't use it. A two-finger typist might find
it useful, apart from the faff of finding the mike. Few if any of the
current GP clinical systems seem to support it.
I think really good working voice command is a way off yet.
